Currently Googling "how to take pictures of yourself" so to provide the rest. If anyone has any tips, let me know. I have a DSLR with a timer, but the photos are always come out unfocused.

Going to cross post my picture from the tailor thread to get some input on style instead of just fit (didn't get any responses anyway). I don't think this looks great, but I don't know exactly why. Perhaps a smaller waist and point collar.

Not "bad" but forgettable. If you were smiling or engaged in witty conversation, though, it would look better. :D

You can focus on the spot on the ground where you'll be standing, then turn off the autofocus. As long as you don't have the aperture wide open, this should get you 99 percent of the way there.

I, for one, am glad I'm not able to see the rest of this outfit.

Thanks SB. It seemed to focus OK, just need a tripod to right the tilt.

In the absence of

socks, it's a pretty standard fit.

I took up golf recently and expect to suck at it for the rest of my life. How anyone ever gets good at this game is beyond me.

the stance actually looks promising. your club head seems to be turned 45°, your left arm is almost stretched, you shoulder is on your chin, if you now let the weight of the golf club do the rest of the swing without using any force whatsoever you'll already hit the 45 grams of golf ball 100 yards away. be water my friend.

older pic but golfing steez as well

This is StyleForum: it doesn't matter if you are good at golf; it only matters if you look good.:tounge:

Boom

Pants came unhemmed ($25 Incotex). I had just enough for a 2.5" cuff with nothing turned under so the serged edge is visible. Most of my casual pants are done this way.
