I know I'm late for this, but..l acecow, what jacket are you wearing? I've been wanting to get something exactly like that for some time now.

Boglioli Hemp/Cotton jacket. I think it was SS 2010, but I may be mistaken.

OMG, that hair has all the makings of pure epic. Show the freaking hair!

True! Everything became so much better with the hair.

I was alerted to this photograph earlier today, but alas, I already used my "Match.com pose?" line with a photograph that Threadbearer posted a few weeks ago.

No reason you can't use that line again. How do you think Rob and I found each other? :inlove:

Holy shite - what's with all the :slapfight: between hendrix and acecow? Those trousers are ridiculously bad btw. I think hendrix went beyond the call of duty to try to imagine and express an outfit where they could look good. Obviously, it would have to include a significant dose of irony. And a match.com pose maybe

You are right. Those chinos are objectively bad from almost any point of view. However, you and hendrix take this way too seriously, in my opinion. What irked me most in his response was the way he classified people who wear those pants into two marsupialed categories. Unfortunately, I belong to neither. Let's not forget that sometimes we must dress to our and society's best standards, yet sometimes we should simple have fun and not get too anal about it. That was one of those nights for me. Believe it or not, I felt very natural in those pants and I believe most people enjoyed seeing me in them. I certainly enjoyed wearing them and will do so again when I'm in the mood for it.

Are they ridiculous? Obviously. Would I wear them often? No. Would I suggest anyone buy them? Definitely no. Could they be pulled off in a certain setting and some nonchalance? Yes. Did I succeed at it? I think I did, but who knows...

Lighten up and allow me to have some fun.

I don't take this seriously at all - not sure where you'd get that impression. I'm glad we're all in agreement on the pants I guess - as always, I aim to bridge differences and bring peace on earth :nodding:

I'll be wearing them with panache to the Scissor Sisters concert soon. :nodding:
