What size is it? Looks like you might need a long size. So if it's a 40R, go for a 38L. If too long, a tailor can fix the sleeves (although the working button cuffs limit how much) and most of SS jackets are too short in the body anyhow. I wish they had 36L.
At first glance it looks a size too large, but it's hard to tell from the picture. I recommend you take a new picture with a buttoned up dress shirt and tie. It's ALOT easier to judge a fit that way. Or even better, take it to the tailor anyway and hear what he has to say first. Likely, his advice will be the best.
