within 10 days is fine for price adjustment

I've been able to get an adjustment after a much longer period. I had a suit that, because of a busy schedule, I had not yet had fit after a couple months. Happened to be in during a sale to get the fitting and asked for an adjustment. They did so without question.Turned my refund right around and purchased some shirts.

Anyway...so, what I want to know is, when's the next sale? I'm hoping for some new styles of shoes to hit the 40% mark. It killed me that they didn't discount the suede perf medallion shoes.

Winter clearance sees a lot of seasonal items get marked down, including some of the shoes. Last year, the suede semi-brogues were part of it and exactly 50% off. Might be this year, too, but I don't know for sure. Can't remember when it starts, either...

My SA agreed to give me the 40%+20% on an 1818 Milano Suit. Are these suits worth it at $550? I've never purchased on from BB so the only thing I know is that the suits are half canvassed.

My order from last monday just shipped and it says it wont arrive until Friday. BB is a rip-off to pay $13 for shipping that takes 2 weeks.

For what it's worth... The SA at the store today told me that you can place your online order through the store (shipped to you) and avoid shipping charges.

Interesting, I thought that was only if you have it shipped to store.

It's great that they are willing to do that if it is confirmed. It might still be a lot of trouble to save a small amount, however. On a different note, I've placed orders in store at RL (which is under the same umbrella as BB) and they still charged me shipping (to store).

When BB SA's at the full line stores not the outlet store's order from catalogue/online there's no charge for shipping, whether shipped to the store or to your house. If they order from another store, it becomes super hazy so becareful. If it's a sale item there will be a shipping charge, for full price should be no shipping charge. BUT there are people who don't understand these things at every store so double check you receipt. The real problem comes in when you order multiple sale items and the SA needs to get it from more than one store, check with your SA how much the shipping will be. Typically they will just charge you the shipping once, and but it depends on the store and the SA and their manager.

Quick question, anyone here still waiting for their BB order to ship? I've ordered on 26th dec and it's still not shipped.

About half my order has shipped. There are a few items with ship dates in mid-January. I have no problem with this.

Good option, still not really worth it for $13 for shipping. I've paid $13 for 2-day before. Bottom line is they are upcharging at about 200% for shipping.

I always get free shipping when my SA orders something that is not in-stock in the store, even if it is a sale item.

I've done this several times when the store did not have the item or my size in stock. Like always, depends on the SA and their mood that day! I would rather pay shipping and shop from the comfort of my couch instead of taking a detour and having to deal with more idiots than necesary on the way home. I swear, I don't understand how some people make it thru life!!
