I'm digging the Plantation Barbados XO currently. Sweet & oaky, great coconut note. If you like El Dorado 12, which is a great rum in itself, you could give the 15 a shot (I haven't tried it yet). If you like a drier rum, Flor de Cana 12 is a good bet (or the 18 for a very oaky expression). If you like an oaky + sweet + sherried one, Dos Maderas PX 5+5 is a safe bet.
And then there are Rhum agricoles for something completely different. Haven't tried the rums you've listed (not even the Zacapa
, just the 15 years ago, which was nice).
