Anyone give J. Cole's album a listen? I was expecting to dislike Mr. Nice Watch but it's actually listenable.

Cannot wait for J.Cole. He's a great rapper, and his beats are enjoyable.

What's his little thing he always does. HUH! or is WOOF! IDK, but it sounds like a dog trying to bark to me.

Some tracks are really nice, some are subpar at best. Unfortunately, when some rappers try to go commercial it takes them a few attempts to get it right.

However, I still think he's a great rapper and I have a feeling in an album or two he will make a classic. The mixtapes are still hot as fuck though.

Favorite Tracks (atm): Nothing Lasts Forever, Can't Get Enough, Rise and Shine.

Side note: Loved every intro on every Cole mixtape/album. Simple, but nice.

Album is boring as fuck.

I kind of feel bad for the guy to be honest. He's talented for sure but unless he releases something Black & Yellow-y, I doubt the mainstream will give him the time of day.

^ No… low honourable mention… (Das Racist verses were good, but the beat ruins it… I like how it's goofy, though.)

DR members are fairly inconsistent, but most song's I've heard from them have at least one hot verse on them.

Opinions on Cats and Dogs?

The original version is a lot better. Most of those guest verses are pretty wack.
