They look pretty loose, size down 1 more for complete ball cleavage and separation.

Also, what's with the obvious inseam? Is it just the angle that makes it look uneven like that?

yeah, can you sag those at all? they do look uncomfortably tight in the thigh area.

Yea, they're tight. Can't do much about it unless I get relaxed fit. Even then they're always tight in the thighs and baggy below the knee which looks even worse IMO (my thighs vary from 23" to 26" - cyclist).

Different angle:

Momotaro = pink inseam. It is weirdly angular in that pic. Usually not so much.

How tall are you? They are definitely slim but there's nothing unflattering about it. When tucked they make your legs look crazy long, up to you to decide if you dig that.

I think that first pic is great for a basic SF fit.

Looks good dude.

I'm in a similar situation as you due to huge thighs (my thighs at times have hit 29'' which is my inside leg length!)

Have you tried a size up slim fit? might be loose around the waist, but a belt will sort that out and it's less noticeable than the pinch on the thighs (IMO)

Some of the best looking jeans I had I could take off without unbuttoning, they were a little baggy around the rear, but otherwise fitted really well.

He's something like 6'8 IIRC; it always surprises me at how proportional his WAYWTs are.
