About 5 hours ago someone was shot (and killed) within a few hundred feet of my house. Merry Christmas

Gimme a ******* break. They probably can't even name two movies in which she starred.

Women flock to misery, stretching to find some tangential connection to the deceased. It's baffling at times.

+1 I'll never be able to watch King of the Hill and not think about her death. Same thing happened to all the great Phil Hartman skits from Saturday Night Live.

Sad day, RIP.

I hope, for my own selfish reasons, that the cause was a huge drug overdose coupled with multiple chronic illnesses.
It is unnerving to think that someone that young could just suffer a lethal heart attack one morning, apparently out of the blue….

Could be all sorts of things, either way a tragic loss.

This from the king of the "I hadn't heard of this person, but they just died and I read their obituary" threads?

+1 She did that voice perfectly.

This couldn't be much sadder. A young, sudden death less than a week before Christmas. R.I.P.

It can happen. Usually will be related to a hereditary or previously undiagnosed condition. I saw a patient the other day who is 27 years old with an ICD (defibrillator) and pacemaker inserted due to unexplained random tachycardia (fast heart beat) and syncope (fainting). He was from out of state and I spoke to his cardiologist on the phone. Couldn't explain why it was happening and was treating him symptomatically. My second cousin also died at around this age. He was playing soccer. Didn't feel well. Got taken to doc's office and died in the waiting room. It didn't seem urgent enough to go to the E.R.
