Told GF if she ever tops 140 we're through.

I've never said that to my girlfriend. But she's told me she is afraid I would find her gross if she ever gained anymore weight.

Currently she is 5'8" and about 145 pounds. She's trying to get more fit.

Also a plus side for me is that I can keep going up in weight classes because she wants me to be bigger and fatter lol

I like that you're a nice guy. I've told my girlfriend that her limit, at 5'6", is my weight.

In other news, the combination of paused front squats and L pullups makes me look pregnant.

Think my bulking will officially be over at 210lbs, then plan to maintain for a month or two then slowly drop some fat. Hoping to end up about 180 at 10% which will probably be auschwitz mode at my height. From then on it shouldn't be too hard to stay below 15%. Hoping that i wont lose like 2 inches of arm size losing that much weight as they are only now filling out.

My gf is trying to gain weight. She's up to about 105 at 5'2" and looks great.

he looks like Eason IMO

I'm feeling the most athsetic I've ever been. I'm the weakest I've ever been due to taking 3 months off of heavy lifting to properly fix my shoulder, but I have filled out really nicely in the upper body from all the pulling. Guess dieting really does help. Amazing how better clothes look when you have a drop.

Any ideas on how to eliminate buttwink from squats? Been refining my form, but my back rounds when i go past parallel.

So humbling to just squat bw now.

hip and hamstring flexibility is the common answer, but some people just aren't built to go past parallel. i know some will say that's crap, but all the stretching in the world isn't going to change your anatomy if its built that way.
