also, look at the history of all the shoes youve owned. do they wear out quick regardless of the price, brand or whatever? all my shoes have had a pretty long wearing life, cheap or expensive.

This, even Havaianas flip flops would last a couple of summers, the only truly crap shoe experience was with a pair of espadrilles (Tom's iirc) which fell apart in two months' time

The sneakers came in. These are really comfortable right out the box. I sized intending to wear hiking socks in em and that worked. Very satisfied.

None as I returned them. One shoe was obviously worn. I would`ve turned a blind eye to it but at the price point I was expecting more. Leather was thin. I went TTS and the outsole measured the same as my Guidis but the Ann Ds just looked liked clown shoes on my feet. I couldn`t have sized down as getting my feet into the boots was already tight around the mid-section of each boot and I have fairly narrow feet. Ann D CS said stick to normal size.

I wouldn`t say they`re on par with Doc Martens. The leather is def. supple but awfully thin and coupled with the weird sizing, I just deemed they weren`t worth retail price.

I really like how they look but I will be saving just a bit more for some Guidi 795v.

QUESTION @brokeassp
I bought these from Ssense and debating exchanging for a smaller size. I normally wear 45 in everything else, but the Ann boots feel a bit big and I'm debating getting the 44 from Ssense -- widest part of my foot is just below the widest part of the shoe, but feels fine. When you bought these, the Ann D's store said stick to normal size? What do you think?

Can't say 100% imo since the most ppl swim in the toe box w TTS

One full size down and the vamp gets tight
