The ending of Psycho still gives me the creeps as well. Not in the house, but the scene in the station/ward.

A couple repeats from above, but mine:

Fight Club (not for the twist, but for the actual ending and use of Pixies)
Dr. Strangelove
Usual Suspects
The Way of the Gun
Eastern Promises (though this may only make the list because I just watched it and it's fresh)

I thought 13 Tzameti was cool, not sure if I would say top five, mainly because there are so many movies that have had good endings but I can't remember them.

Just about any Mamet film, my favorites would be Spanish Prisoner or Glengarry Glennross.

Some good films already mentioned: Some Like it Hot - best last line for a comedy. Casablanca - best last line, period. Last of the Mohicans - the final sequence along the ridge is a master class of blocking and editing. Brazil - Gilliam's version. The Graduate "Hello darkness, my old friend." lefty

I'll have to mention it again: The Conversation. Oh, and also Two-Lane Blacktop.

That's a good one - I edited out of my original post to keep myself to 5.
