Under armour has them. I was on a long search for this exact thing some time ago. But the drawback is this huge obnoxious branding on the waistband

Aren't they compression shorts with a significant amount of poly?

Edit: Not compression ---- but all poly.

The problem is that most boxer brief legs are simply too short, resembling hot pants/boy shorts instead. Those simply do not keep everything secure-- at least for me. But it is very difficult to find 9 inch inseam boxer briefs.

The various C9 models by Champion at Target are inexpensive and for me, fit better than the underarmor/nike/active wear ones. They have a range of inseam lengths too: http://www.target.com/p/c9-by-champ...13442852#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=mens+boxers

Note that they also have varying mixes of poly/spandex; the higher spandex have more give while the lesser are more "firm" which I prefer.

I moved from boxer briefs to briefs a while back (sunspel q90), as I got tired of the legs bunching up.

Yep. Those used to be my go to. The quality and sizing has been a bit all over lately. I find if I stay with the gray--- it tends to be a bit more consistent. The black tend to shrink quite a bit even in cold water and on low heat.

The wicking performance shorts are not bad during the summer activities, but it isn't a feeling I want on a day to day basis.

The Danish language. I'm getting to where I can understand it for basic normal conversations, I know how to pronounce things, and I know enough words to usually at least respond to questions reasonably well when written. The grammar is beyond basic. I just totally seize up and fail miserably when I try to speak it.

I learned conversational Icelandic without even studying in under three months. The pronunciation is at least as hard as Danish and the grammar is infinitely more complicated. I've been here for two and I can barely say **** in Danish that's not in a phrasebook, but I can respond in largely grammatically correct danish to texts and emails without even looking words up most of the time.

Da fuk?

The queens husband prince Henrik, has lived in Denmark for 50 year (he's French) or something like that and his Danish is most likely worse than yours.

Why doesn't everbody just speak English all the time? If Flaubert were an English speaker his writing could have actually mattered!

What do they call Danish (the breakfast pastry that Americans call Danish, that is to say) in Denmark?

Weinerbrød roughly translated viennese bread.

Oddly enough white bread is called franskbrød aka. frenchbread and chips are for some reason called franske kartofler (french potatoes).

Edit: Liam it's wednesday tomorrow which means Onsdagssnegle = wednesday snails (over sized danish).

Kannskje han leser ikke så vel, men han sikkert snakke bedre en jeg.

If you're from a country where a large percent of the population thinks that anyone in their country shouldn't be allowed to have signs in their own language in their own neighborhood, you reaaally feel like a dick when you live in other countries and don't speak the language. Besides, even trying (when you're white) usually gets you preferential treatment compared to people who don't (or aren't white).

My problem with boxer briefs is that by the end of the day the cottons all wadded and stretched out and feels like boxers. I wish there was a compression short/boxer brief hybrid.

When you say chips are you referring to french fries? Because that would make perfect sense as they are french cut fried potatoes.

why isnt income tax on a curve instead of brackets? brackets make zero sense

errr...they are brackets on the marginal dollar

which have the end result of making your overall tax rate look kind of like a curve.

although it's kind of a funky looking curve (which is why you don't see many good graphs of it) and it falls off at the top (although at that point, it's usually not payroll income anymore)
700

Actually makes quite a bit of sense and makes calculating taxes very easy....well the actual dollar part, not all of the deductions and credits.
