Although I prefer grilling denim, baking jeans is certainly an option. You would have to consider a short cooking time. Baste every 5 or 10 minutes. I suggest adding a little rosemary and cilantro to flavor. Cabernet compliments the overwhelming "cotton mouth" nicely.

But seriously, how is the heating process any different between what a commercial factory might do and what you can do in an oven? Isn't heat, heat? If a home oven gets hot enough, why won't it work?

In the meantime, you can ponder what makes a dry heat different than a wet heat.
