I had them. Posted a brief review here: http://www.styleforum.net/t/120192/the-official-rrl-thread/25545#post_8318109

To save you a click:

"I had the Wilberforce in tan for a few days before eventually returning them. I sized them like my Marlows which is .5 up from my Alden Barrie. I take a C width in the Barrie so for the Marlows- and for the Wilberforce had I kept them- I put an insert in to snug them up. I liked the details on the Wilberforce. Good broguing, very heavy solid heel and sole. I liked the thickness of the sole. Hefty. In contrast to the weight of the sole, the leather was soft, almost thin. Much less substantial than I had imagined. I think it would eventually be comfortable even without socks. Ultimately, they were too orange for me. I needed to love them at that price and every time I tried them on I thought dang that's bright. Just a shade too loud for me."

Oh and I've never seen them on sale. I used a coupon.

So does anyone have suggestions on how I should fix crotch blow out on my pair of raw Clyde chinos? I'll post fit and fade pics after I fix them.

Thanks for your response.  I'm not that familiar with Alden Barrie.  How would you say they compare to a Johnston Murphy or regular dress shoe size-wise?

I found this RRL jacket in a secondhand shop for $50. For some reason, I let my fried talk me out of buying it because it looked too small for me. I changed my mind, went back the next day, and found that they had changed the price to $500.

I've only worn one pair of Johnston and Murphy and I am consistent in that and the Alden Barrie, if that helps.

Is a code or special link needed for this sale?

I have a pair of RRL slim fit chinos in Ghurka, size 32X34, which I picked up from Frans Boone and that are too short for me. They're brand new with tags. Shipping to US from Frans Boone is $26. I'm selling them for $122 shipped within the US, which includes the $13 for priority USPS mail.

Edit:

ralphlauren.com/privatesale

Starts the 24th. "Up to 40% off" for purple label, rrl, footwear.
The above url may or may not work due to styfo referral that gets inserted so copy and paste it into your browser.

Do these private sales typically include the RRL rigid denim?

No rigid denim is core collection.
Only spring collections will be on sale.
