Yes, they are. This shirt was ordered using the vendor's stock sizing. I've got two new shirts coming with specific measurements which should take care of this problem. Your eye misses nothing.

Given the trim fit, those low/loose armholes are really discordant. Like the cloth, though I'm uncertain about the French cuffs with it.
