Finally got around to reorganizing my ties. Excluding the far right, all Vanda’s in summery/summery adjacent fabrics on “formal” designs.

When I say this isn’t the half of them…

I’d call all of those wedding ties on the left. My tie collection looks very different from yours haha. It’s all various forms of navy grenadines

Ha. I do have others, but glen checks/houndstooth ties always feel right to me. My breakout is pretty boring, on the whole. Tend to gravitate (strongly lol) to formal/wedding ties, but incorporate plains (often grenadines) when wearing suits, and stripes (usually grenadine lol...or seasonal fabrics) with a jacket/odd trews.

Exciting, I am not :rotflmao:
You seem to have a slight preference for Glen Checks.
Slight lol. Like I said, this ain't even the half...and @gshen can attest I have duplicates of a couple on the rack...shame I didn't get a second of that oatmeal/whatever it was called glen check third from left. Such a fun summer tie...but a dangerous proposition at weddings/cocktail parties.

My tie selection is hardly exciting either. I think I start with 3 or 4 different variations on a navy grenadine. Then added a repp stripe, a wool blended solid navy, and a printed polka dot navy tie.

I find myself attracted to more exciting jacket fabrics, which calls for more sober neckties.
