No denim, chinos/kahkis, corduroy, or moleskin. Wow, tough call.

The only other thing I can think of is linen. Or you could get adventurous with leather.

Non-baggy, knee-length shorts.
Slim cargo pants.

Wools, cottons, polys. The nice stuff though, not run of the mill basics.

Perhaps you are above pants now? Have you considered the kilt, or maybe the utilikilt?

dude, I just picked up waxed cotton trousers (not jeans) that are awesome. Made by Shipley & Hamos from their new s/s line. Construction is top notch, with a taped inner and outer seam that emulates selvage lines. Havent been this turned on by a pair of pants in a long time. Got em at Secret Service in LA

Troglodyte Homunculus makes nice jean cut wool pants for a simple changeup. Nice Collective and the like make lots of interesting trousers, that are definitely casual and definitely not in any of your categories. For fun outside of linen and leather (though fun in linen and leather sounds good!), some of the Continues people do quite different pants, for instance:

Those last pants cost **** you money though.

Anything with a bit of wax or coating makes pants that much more interesting.

I have a problem with wool though, chafes like a ***** and I scratch my balls often enough as it is.
