Batman as he appears in the movie The Mask of The Phantasm and in Batman The Animated Series. It's the best rendering of batman in animation.

Mine is the animated JLU John Stewart version, followed closely by Hal Jordan in the comic books (I actually get the hardbacks of the recent revival).
For Marvel, Captain America (ideally the first Mark Waid era) followed closely by Daredevil (preference is for the middle Frank Miller era)

yup. the jlu epilogue/batman beyond episode is probably the single best rendering of bruce wayne within that particular continuity.
