So, is this boot order a done deal now or is there still time for others like myself to jump in? Is this strictly an LL deal or has it expanded to SF as well? Assuming it is not too late, what was the final cost established and is there any knowledge of turn around time? Where do I go to sign up?

Actually, Chelseas with lounge suits is very traditional! They were very commonly worn in the 19th century as dress boots.
