Vox was a mermaid..er..merman who had a beautiful voice but wanted legs instead of fins, great wealth instead of an underwater kingdom, and real clothes instead of his pearly scales. One day he went to see the sea witch Ursula, who was the only one who could give Vox his legs and riches, but there was a terrible price to be paid; that in exchange for his legs, great wealth and wardrobe, he would have to give up his voice on SF. This meant that although he could still post, he agreed to remove his postings after only 24 hours for all eternity. We learn from dear Vox to be ever-mindful of the wise old addage that states, 'Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.' Only if he kisses and marrys a beautiful princess can the terrible spell be broken. So you see, we are all waiting and hoping for that glorious day when a Vox post will last more than 24 hours.
