Why dont companies make 1/2 sleeve length t shirts for men?

I appreciate your help, but im a small guy, around the 37inch chest size and 11stone, so probably a bit too big.

Oh yes, i could always check ebay.

But hopefully companies read style forum and will get their act together. Shouldnt have to just rely on japanese companies. I want to go in shops and try the goods on.

I also have long sleeved t shirts. Would anyone recommend taking them to a tailor and them cutting half the sleeve off.
Could tailors do a good job? Ive got some raglan t shirts that could be used i think.
