Nice knots on the shoe laces, btw

Cheers buddy. I was mulling over between blue and white for a bit but thought white would be too boring. And thanks, haha. That's the only knot I ever learned past age 5. :p

I had a tan silk square that might've worked. I havent had much luck matching it before though.

I probably wouldn't choose roped shoulders, but they look okay, and the suit looks good to my eyes. It's what you're currently happy with that's important though.

I don't like the tie, and I certainly wouldn't wear it for business. It might be okay with a cream linen suit for a casual event.

After Manton's comments yesterday I thought I would try a purely solid fit. All solids from socks to PS (okay you could be really picky and point out there is arguably a subtle pattern to the weave of the cashmere tie):

BTW: Shirt is cream rather than white, suit is navy not black

I agree with Nore. I'm used to seeing you in patterns, Mok. And I think they suit you better.

PG: The last of those Carmina's lacks elegance in my opinion, the up-turned toe is a deal-breaker for me.

Yeah, I think most new shoes look like that. I like those double monks, FWIW.

Is this thread really an "experiment" at this point? Perhaps an "alternative viewpoint" instead.

The scales of the shirt and tie patterns are also too close.

Nice shoes.
