Does anyone know where in the lineup the new label suits (the ones with a white tag that says Caruso in black letters, in a more rounded font) - is it just a new label altogether sinc they've changed their website to that font and branding aswell, or does the Raffaele Caruso Sartoria Parma brand live along with this line?

It's just the new logo, I think.

^^ But I think there were 2 lines before, the regular RC and the premier RCSP. Have they been merged ?

I don't know much about the OTR lines. I know SP as the name of a 'package' with extra's (some handwork, working buttonholes). Resellers can order their suits/jackets with that package. My MTM's include the package too. But there are more options beyond the package, like the handsewn sleeve button holes on my last jacket and suit.

I think there used to be two basic cuts; the one a bit more constructed (and a rollino shoulder, I think) than the other; both could be ordered with the SP package. But now there are more lines, like the Whisper line. I'm not an expert though; maybe someone else knows it exactly.

I think there were 3. The traditional 100% handwork, the Sartoria Parma which have 50% handwork and a lower line aswell.

A Caruso agent told me there were 3 Caruso "lines". The topshelf one, that was made completely by hand(i think i called it 'the traditional'), the Sartoria Parma, were there are alot of handwork but also machinework, and a lower line in which he did not specify handwork.

He said 50%. What that means exactly i didnt get. But i got the feeling it took half the time to make compared to the traditional.

Thank you. I really don't know about the time element, but as far as I know/can see, the Parma line only has a few handmade elements (with handmade I mean needle & thread).

That seems about right, doesnt it? Its gotta take more than twice the time doing handwork than machinework. So 50% more time should equal less than half the handwork. If that made any sense.
