idk if its just me or i drag my feet, but my desert boot soles have really been worn down, after about 6 months of constant wear.

sand suede +rain/snow/sleet, not a good combination, they are MUCH darker than they are supposed to be.

Id lke to see a pic of these with jeans, I can't see how they wouldn't look like my old timberlands after pouring cement all day.

edit: i tried to quote the super beat up pair Mr Burns posted

How much room do you all like to have in the toe box of your DBs? I barely have any and like the way they fit. What is your preference?

They are the grey distressed leather ones. And mine are just a litttleee tooo big in the toe box area so I just double sock and they fit perfect.

I like enough room to pack my stash in one toe and my switchblade in the other.

I have pretty much exactly 1.5 thumb nails length from the big toe. A little less would be perfect but I not complaining. I doubt I could size down and get away with it for They are just barely wide enough, any less and we'd have problems.

pretty sure it has been. and each time you apply the regular clear/gold colored leather food, the leather gets darker so you can pretty much make them as dark as you want. interested to see what they look like with it all absrobed and creased from use.
