Shouldn't political statements and discussions be contained to the CEsspool? It's bothering me (not too much but a little bit) that some SFers use their signature real estate to post political propaganda - effectively in all SF forums, while at the same time they know that these statements cannot be discussed or rebutted.

Sometimes it takes the form of a quote - but has the same effect, just a little bit sneakier. Other times it's simply crap like this
