Canadians: Supplements? Bodybuilding.com?

Two workout supplement related questions for Canadians:

1. Where do you buy supplements from? I'm getting sick of Popeys and SND.

2. If we use bodybuilding.com the packages should be duty-free, right? It's not like BSN or Optimum Nutrition is made anywhere outside N. America.

I use Popeye's myself, but I have ordered from bodybuilding.com, and it was fine. Actually I'm pretty sure they have a canadian warehouse now too.

i recommend bb.com. super fast shipping and great customer service. **** brick and mortar shops- places like gnc are a rip off

May want to consider bulknutrition.com. You can save a bunch of money over BB.com if you don't mind buying in bulk and capping the powders yourself. I have a 15 dollar capsule machine that works quite well.

Once my GABA supply runs out, I'm restocking there and capping myself. 35 bucks for a kilo of GABA, can't beat that.

I do a custom blend of:

50% egg white protein
25% beef protein isolate
25% ion exchange whey protein isolate (same stuff as isopure)
+
one of the premium flavors.

eventually, I will drop the ion exchange out and the blend will be 50/50.
