Talk about inspired.

At least the more frequent posters do not assume to be some sort of style icon. I wonder, what did cult pop and cheep bring to waywt, besides dirty, thrifted-from-a-trash-can clothing, and generic and uninspired 'i'm cool because i'm smoking a cigarette in this pic' fits. Just because some 'dude' looks cool, according to you, doesn't mean what they were wearing was even remotely transcendent. Oooh, LOOK! Jeans and a flannel t-shirt with clarks; with a cigarette? ****, thats next level. +Rep

I love that just because you think you're hot ****, and other members think you're hot ****, you feel as though you've risen above the rest, when in reality, you take zero risks, do not ever try anything new, and utilize the same sillhouette in every fit without any sort of surprising or pleasing variation when it comes to texture or color. You're so predictable, in your style and in your holier than thou attitude.

Braid probably wrote that himself.

Anyways, I'm inspired. I'm gonna go out and buy black CP kicks, FHxBSP jeans, that EG plaid shirt and NDG coat and dress up just like that so I can be better than the fora.

Man, in some places, two people with raw jeans is even too much.

Bah, he brings up a good question, though-- how much should the face and attitude of the wearer matter in how we look at his/her waywt? Some (like the people who omit their face) will argue that only the clothes matter, but I belong to the camp that believes everything should contribute to the final effect. This question seems a bit too inconsequential for its own thread, though.

Agreed. Faces are crucial, and we should hound people who post without faces to include them.

Well I hide my face for the simple fact that I don't like people that I don't really know seeing it. Hell, I don't even have my own face on social networking sites. Its just different strokes, but it makes me wonder if I'd get different responses if I didnt white mine out.

I believe braid said the thread sucks because of the lack of fits recently, it's become a chat room.
