On a trad BD, there is no interlining, making the collars very soft. The roll is simply a matter of cutting the points long, and positioning the buttons higher than where the tips of the points would naturally fall.
So I was right, or damn close to right.
You can't prove that.

I love the roll on those button down collars. I haven't seen a roll that good since the sixties. Where did you get those shirts?
Vox's pics of his button downs look really good. OP's collars don't look like they'll work with a tie. And the buttons do seem to be very close to the collar points.
