for some leagues where i didnt draft a good D, its not unusual for me to find whoever the rams/chiefs/lions were playing and play them. i think youre almost in that same situation with QB's. they are pretty much all FA's or waiver qbs depending on the week, looks like they are just filling up slots.

i would decline, bush can only depreciate from here, favre is barely better than hasselbeck/shaub/waiver qbs. And slaton is a monster

+1.
Though I don't think Bush will depreciate as much as many expect.

Yeah, Bush keeps on looking like a vital part of the offense. I don't think he is going to decline much once Shockey comes back. There other TEs are getting a lot of touches as it is. Doesn't look like Deuce is much of a concern either. You may have to worry a little bit about Green getting goalline carries...

I don't really think too much about the trade either way. If anything, I would probably accept it because Bush is getting 20+ touches a game guaranteed and Favre has a lot of more weapons than Hasslebeck, JT or Jake. But I think you would be pretty much getting the same output with Schaub and Slaton...

When Hasselbeck is healthy, he's a top-10 starter. Brunell won't be as good as Brees in that offense.

Are you in the SF league btw?

Absolutely, when healthy and he doesn't lose his top 5 receivers to injury. Worst case: he's not perfectly healthy, but in a weak NFC South, he'll put up high QB2 numbers.

??? I don't remember hearing that we've traded Hasselbeck to the Saints, Panthers, Bucs, or Falcons...

What do you think Tokyo? The bookies sure thought they were going to win this week before Hasselbeck went down. They started at +1 then went to -2 and are back to +1.

Whoops South = West.

The Niners and Rams suck, and the Cards have a secondary like swiss cheese.

Anyway Slim, you know your stuff. Agreed on the curious decline of Seattle's defense...they've been run over by some mediocre offenses (Bills, SF).

Tough loss. I suppose I had to lose at some point. And worse yet, I lost to a team of bye week scrubs!

Should I try and deal Cutler and Marshall at this point or no reason to panic?

as previously mentioned:
Cutler, Marshall, Welker, Meachem, Peterson, Slaton, Winslow, Prater, Chicago

I suppose I still have Kellen Winslow and his swollen testicles to try and get me 8 points tomorrow night if he plays.
