great thread, although i cant decide yet whether i like its tags or not

my humble contributioin is attached. i used to have mor paisleys but cant find them atm. i really love paisley pattern and cannot understand the sperm-associations.

Holliday & Brown, Beretta, Zegna

I love the H&B but I never wear because it's 4"+. I need to send it to Tiecrafters and have it narrowed.

I purchased the G&H when I did a summer study in England in college. It's really more of a souvenir of the trip. I don't remember the last time I wore it.

I don't have many paisleys at all.

Funny, because I thought I had quite a lot. Going through my ties, it seems I have a ridiculous number of flower-based or other organic designs, which I suspect I use in a similar context to the way others use paisleys.

Still, the small number of paisleys I have:

Ben Sherman, Henry Poole, RL Polo, Gianfranco Ferre

The Ferre was a free gift (I'm not sure gift is quite the right word for it), not a purchase!

I wear just one paisley necktie, an older gummed silk.

Perhaps because I love paisley pocket squares but wouldn't wear them with a paisley necktie.

Me too. The paisley patterns can be interesting when folded as a square, but as a tie the patterns just look like a bunch of bacteria to me.
