Seems rather sedate really. I was envisaging some bright candy stripe or an English boating blazer. I have this cream colour blazer with burgundy trim along the lapel, cuffs and bottom and inner edges. I keep meaning to throw it away.

You really have to working the vintage trad look to wear this kind of stuff. It can look cool but it is definitely an affected look, in my opinion. You are going to get some comments.

I think it's an easy look.
This was a very common Ivy League style back in the day.
Issue with this jacket is the short arms....no telling whether they will show wear once extended.
On the other hand, the opening bid is low and won't rise much as the label is obscure and the jacket is out of season. The seller accepts returns as well.

The arm measurement was the one I was really the least comfortable with, so it is possible I did not do it correctly. I can tell you I get a 34 in shirts and this jacket's sleeves are just long enough for me, but I also like to show cuff, so if you don't like a lot of cuff, the jacket probably fits someone with a 33 or 33.5 shirt. This is all before alterations, of course.

OK, I misread your measurements, especially
Shoulder: 36
Sleeve: 22 measured from the mid-shoulder to bottom of the sleeve. Will fit a 33-34 shirt length.
This is confusing.
Shoulder is usually from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. This should be between 17 and 20 or so.
Your sleeve measure is also confusing as I don't know where or what 'mid-shoulder' is. I took this to be the arm length [shoulder seam to end of sleeve], which was my mistake, but perhaps you can see how I made it.
Also note that your listing lacks a full shot of the garment.

My apologies. Shoulder should have read 18. I had doubled it, much the way you double the chest measurement. This was incorrect.
The sleeve was measured from the mid-shoulder seam, which is what was recommended on this forum in a lengthy and informative post some time ago, but is hard for me to do or explain properly, so I also included the shirt sleeve length.
The measurements are never going to be perfect, but I did what I could. My best advice is that it will fit most 40 or 41Rs. Anyway, it should sell cheaply enough to make an experiment worthwhile for whoever wants to try it out.
