Don't most Armani suits have jetted (non-flap) front pockets? Also, label looks old/fake. I can't get on board with 3 button sleeves. Avoid.

To be honest, I'm not sure. The tell tale signs of fakeness aren't there (eagle).

The label is old and MAY BE genuine. What you'll need to look at is the inner fabric label. If you can get a picture of this, then someone may be able to help authenticate it.

I have Armani suits with flapped pockets, although 95% of Armani that I've come across will have "besom" (I mean no flaps - Hope that this is the correct term) pockets.

I would be leaning towards a genuine article. However, the fabric label is the key to this puzzle.

I agree with this. I used to have an Armani sportcoat with flap pockets and a label like that. I still wouldn't buy Armani stuff at an online auction, though.

Thanks a lot guys. I'll get a picture of that label and see what you think. By the way, which label is the fabric label, where exactly can I find it?

Usually stitched inside one of the inner pockets.

Honestly, I think authenticity is academic here. The real issue is that the style is VERY out of date -- big, very low notch in a lapel that's wide in all the wrong places, kind of shapeless, odd low grouping of three buttons... I wouldn't buy it no matter who made it.
