My Grados don't bother when I have my sunglasses on. Can go for 2-3 hours before I'm uncomfortable.

I can't complain about my Bose QC3s. I know some people compain about the sound quality but the uber-soft leather makes wearing them with glasses a non-issue.

You can't beat Grado sub $150 (as long as you don't care about soundleakage).
