Lamb in the form of kabobs. My favorite food while growing up.

Talk about "Sophie's Choice".

I chose beef - I could not live without steak or hamburgers. Also, the types of wines I love the most would go best with beef.

Hard to choose against pork, but beef it is (I am considering this to include veal).

Can't every see myself choosing chicken, though if it were to include eggs that makes things a little tougher.

Hard to choose chicken over duck regardless.

if I absolutely have to choose, then... pork I guess? I can't imagine eating beef everyday..., though it would be a sad day if I have to give up steak...

Chicken, since it's the most versatile. If you'd have to eat one meat for the rest of your life, you'd need at least 56398 different dishes to deal with the monotony and not die of boredom...

Chicken is one of the most boring proteins in the world. Give me a break. Pork is versatile. Chicken, barely so.

Not in my book. The number of possible variations I (!) can prepare with chicken is almost endless, while I'd probably hit the brick wall with any other meat at some point, which is due to my culinary/gastronomic influences. I understand that someone who - as for instance - grew up in East-Asia and mainly confined himself to the regional cuisine would choose pork though, which, by the way, comes second in my case...
