The blazer sleeves are a bit long, how much should I take off?

There are slight breaks at the bottom of the pant legs, is that fashion don't?

Are skinny ties still cool?

Yes, I should get the suit pressed.

Pics and lighting are terrible, but from what I can see:

  • Too much break in the trousers but due to poor quality I can't tell what kind of shoes you have on or if there's a cuff on those trousers

  • Sleeves are at least an inch too long

  • Jacket is at least an inch too short

  • Collar fit is really bad, and I don't know if that can be fixed - from the front it looks like it's sitting too low

  • Can't see if shoulder fit is good, and need a decent picture of the back

Is that a woman's jacket? I don't think I've ever seen a men's suit jacket that short.

I can't give complete feedback because the pictures are so dark, I can't make out key features.

You appear to be very thin. I think that affects choices and proportions.
The thin tie is a good choice for you because it fits the proportion of your physique.
By similar reasoning, the shirt cuff seems too long and the french cuff looks too bulky. They seem disproportionately large for you frame.

The shirt collar seems a little bit 'off'. I'm not sure how to articulate this, but I think that points of the collar do not seem to be much longer then the band of the collar. So, it looks like the collar the school boys wore in England 100 years ago. I don't know what that is called -- maybe Eton collar. A longer collar point would be an improvement. The tips of the collar should be hidden by the vest and the jacket.

Are you wearing a t-shirt under the dress shirt? Don't.

The shirt sleeves might be a little too tight, I see a lot of horizontal creasing above and below the left elbow.

The break on the trousers appears to be about an inch too long but, other wise, I like the fit of the trousers.

I can't say much about the vest, the pictures are too dark to see much detail.

The jacket shoulders seem OK. The sleeves need to be shortened. I like the fit on the side of your chest and waist.

On my monitor, the pictures are so dark, I can't tell where the jacket hem is located. But, the silhouette suggests that the jacket is much too short. In the last picture, the vent seems to be gaping open. Perhaps this is related to the short jacket proportion. I'm going to ignore the second to last picture and hope that you just failed to seat the jacket on your body correctly.

The only really disturbing aspect is the length of the jacket. That is extremely short by most standards. Possibly, given your build, you can pull that off.

Regards
Coburn

I am going to take a stab at this one, b/c I think I am getting the hang of this: 1) Jacket too short. (Should go to knuckles) 2) Sleeves too long. (Should go to hinge, not past. No cuff showing) 3) Pants too long. (Pooling vs. only 1 crease) 4) Collar is "lifting" off the shirt (correct terminology for this?) 5) Collar seems too "high". Like a preacher. Choker? 6) 1-button not in fashion (??) 7) Pay for a gym membership A) Shirt fits really well ! B) Shoulders appear correct. C) Pants not too baggy. Coburn, No tshirt under dress shirts? Huh? Q:
