If I were trying to sell a property at that price, I'd like to see a little more effort in the initial listing. Sure there's the "for more info contact us" but I'd like to have a nice AD style spread of photos and gushing at the very least.

pretty funny that the estimated payment is $791,406/month...pretty ridiculous to buy a house with 29 bedrooms and 40 baths total (only 15 bedrooms in main building)

Just noticed this was one of Hearst's residences....His "Hearst Castle" that I don't think was ever lived in was for a long time (maybe still) the most expensive residence ever built. I lived right down the road for several years. Here's his other home

Why would anyone want a house that big? What are the upkeep costs on a property like that?
