The girls at this party are a million times better looking than the ones from the horse racing event.

I'm also cool with most of the dress.

However, the photo gallery lists the this as the Sinatra Soiree -- so the preppy cadre of RL pants are really really not right for the event. And it seems most of the men didn't take the Sinatra theme to heart.

Oh dear let's not get into this again.

However you feel about the clothes or the people, they completely didn't go with the Sinatra theme at all.

I'm looking at the ladies not the gents.

BTW I wouldn't blame the guys for not meeting the "Sinatra Criteria". The club had this listed on the site: Attire: Ladies-Strong Cocktail, Gents-Summer Ahoy

Got a problem with it email the prez.

Neither group are compelling, with a handful of exceptions.

That's so stupid... why would you have men dress in yachtie clothes and women in cocktail dresses?

Those are what trads call Go-to-Hell (GTH) pants. They are summertime staples at country/yacht/tennis clubs around the country. The more subdued ones can look great w/ a blue blazer. The party looks like fun, and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. The 'stupid quotient' is much lower than the hunt celebration we saw before.

+1, not impressed overall, but the girl in the little blue dress looks pretty good.

Nothing wrong with loud summer and party pants, makes things interesting - no worse than my seersucker, Nantucket reds, khakis with pheasants on them, pink pants, etc.

The guys in the photos look a bit doughey, these ladies would be easy pickin's . . . if I were single . . . which I'm not . . . sigh*
