WTB: 44R/L Suits, 16/16.5 Shirts, & Ties

I'm looking to pick up a few suits, shirts, and ties. I wear a 44-46 R/L. For shirts, anywhere from 16-16.5 with 34/35 or 36/37. I'm a fan of thicker ties.

I'm interested in quite a bit, so please feel free to share!

Thanks - took a look at them, unfortunately the suits were either too big or too small. I'd appreciate a heads up on anything else you may have.
