Wolverine sizing help from MCers

I know there is a definitive thread on Wolverine shoes in S&D, but didn't find any of the sizing discussions helpful, particularly when the reference points are Vans or "street shoes" (whatever that means). Any MCers have experience with sizing for the Addison or wingtip chucka boots?

I hear sizing down anywhere from 1/2 to a full size - but is that even with your US sizing? I'm a solid US size 11D and 10UK on almost all lasts for dress shoes. Should marked US 11s (which are also marked UK10 and Eu44) work, or do I actually need to size down in the Addison or chucka boots?

If you got a narrow foot one whole size down, if you have a wide foot 1/2 size down.

I'm a solid 11.5D in street shoes and got 10.5 in both the 1000 Mile as well as the Montague chelsea and both fit perfectly

They run VERY large. I'm normally a 11.5 EEE and ended up in the 10.5 and its still a bit long. Unfortunately I can't size down any more without compromising the width.

I have a couple of pairs and they do run very large I take an UK8 in an AS Dumfries boot which is wide and have taken a UK7 in both Wolverine Addison and Original.
