Who makes Armani's BORGONUOVO 21 line?

Who currently makes this line for Armani? Any input on quality?

I don't own any Armani suiting, this question comes via a friend and other than the Vestimenta production for Armani I can't comment much on their suiting these days.

I think it's Vestimenta, who also make(de) the blue label Classico line. Full-canvas. Not sure where Armani is at with all their lines today but that's my recollection.
