I iron practically everything that goes on my body (polo shirts, dress shirts, t-shirts, jeans, chinos, etc.). On occasion, if I'm feeling extra OCD, I'll iron my boxers.

I admit it, I ironed the collar of one of my new Polo undershirts after a single wash/dry made them curl, and it did help. But I'm not making a habit of it.
