This is a complicated tie, goodluck! Using color theory I would say the tie follows a tetrad color scheme or an accented analogic schemes. These schemes are a hell to balance right.
For the tetrad scheme you need these colors: Blue-green, blue-violet, yellow-orange, red-orange. The contrast between all the items will be created by either warm or cold colors. Wich will be a bit of an hassle.
For the accented analogic shemes you need these: Blue-green, blue-violet, yellow-orange, red-purple. In this scheme, yellow orange is the only accent.
The colors in the shirt and suit are blue, and would only work if the tie was lacking the yellow-orange stripe. Try to find a way to introduce all four of these colors into your combination, and the problem with the tie will most likely go away
