You can get BB OCBD's on B&S. Seems like some guy sells them for $45 each for the first shirt and $40 for each after.

 So sly. It is a very good deal though. I'd spend the extra $10 to get Black Fleece though, from said guy.

If you have a Club Monaco around your area, they also have slim OCBDs but you'd have to go to an actual store. I think they're priced at around $60 for the plain white or blue.

if you cant fit BB and must adhere to a budget , get Lands End on sale and have it altered

Or just get the tailored fit ones. They're not the slimmest in the world, but that fit works well for me.

It's worth noting that a blogger known on SF (forget which one, sorry) did a blind trial of OCBDs with Brooks, Lands End and a few others, and Lands End wound up winning it. Don't let the price fool you, they're good shirts.

I must respectfully disagree with gettoasty. Forget RRL. Get the real thing - Brooks must iron OCBDs come in slim and extra-slim, and they're available in myriad colors and university stripes. 3 for $199. Also, made in USA.
They're a bit more than you want to spend, but it's worth it.

He never suggested RRL he suggest Rugby RL.

and not surprisingly, I also suggest the Rugby OCBDs if fit is an issue. I know the BB ones are great and I would wear them - but they keep steering me to the boys section for clothes - so I go to Rugby instead.

Do the black fleece ocbd shirts come in extra slim fit?

All Black Fleece, to my knowledge, fits very slim. Those which I have are at least as slim as an extra slim fit, but they don't mark a fit on Black Fleece such as slim, regular, and etc.

If you're going to spend $60 on an OCBD and then another $20 to get it tailored, you might as well save yourself $10 and order one from proper cloth. I have both a blue and green OCBD from them and the fabric and fit are just about perfect.
