As e-commerce continues to progress, it has become a bit uncomfortable shopping at brick and mortar for some of my favorite brands. I like to make deliberate purchases as opposed to impulse purchases. Thus I'll window shop a product a few times before even making the purchase. At a brick and mortar, I smell the pressure of associates wanting to tell me; buy it or leave. Also, a lot of the stuff I buy isn't readily available in person either, so that's a variable as well.
