Burberry Brit For Men always gets a lot of compliments for me
Polo Blue is nice on a summery day
Gucci Pour Homme is a very stable fragrance, nice and woody/musky, but not over powering.

They're my primary 3. Looking for another now actually. I find Issey Miyake so played out it's not funny. Every second guy wears it, every third chick likes it. It's not very unique :/

I also have Issey Miyake - hardky wear it. I have settled on Geo F Trumper's sandalwood as an everyday thing (just a touch sprayed on) and Truefitt & Hill 1805.
They may sound a bit boring but they are both actually very nice. My wife noticed that Acqua di Gio smells quite close to the 1805 actually (that has been around for a long time - Armani plagiarism methinks

). She had wanted me to get AdG for a while so that worked out really well!

didnt realize Issey was "played out"...been wearing it since about '95 or 6 when I think it first came out.

Seems every guy *I* know wears Burberry Brit but I cant get into that scent myself.

About 10 years ago I wore a scent by Paul Stuart that was great, but I don't know if it's still available. The other colognes in my rotation are Paul Smith extreme and Lacoste silver.

Casran, by Choppard.

Best compliment ever concerning scent had nothing to do with cologne. Having just eaten a bunch of M&Ms, "you smell like chocolate." How can you not love that?

GS: Down here it's the Opp! 80% of guys have Issey, NONE have Burberry Brit (and/or if they do, none have the others

). It became really big down here around 2001. It's a lovley scent, but I'd be a sheep to get it! I've got Lacoste Silver as well, it's a pretty subtle citricy smell with some sort of light soda/salt etc. It always wears off on me really quicky, how's it wear for you? Question for all, what's your next purchase going to be? I'm looking @ M7, but am not really sold on it... --Wade

YSL M7 Fresh is always a good choice. I alternate my other stuff quite a bit, but I find myself wearing Bond No.9 Central Park often as well. I have 40+ scents so I rotate quite often.

What else are your favs? More details about each and what they're like if possible.

I love scents

Lets see... here are a few Creeds. I'll kinda post a few at a time because I don't want to write a huge amount of text.

Creed Millesime Imperial
Kinda fresh, but rich scent with sort of citrusy undertones that is sort of hard to describe but smells classy and like $1000000.

Creed Green Irish Tweed
A bit of ambergris makes this scent a bit hard to handle for some people but it is extremely fresh and smells sort of like a fresh spring day. This scent was originally made for Cary Grant.

Creed Original Vetiver
Extremely fresh and citrusy this is probably the freshest scent from Creed, kinda lemony and very light. A little vetiver but not at all what you'd expect from the name.

Creed Bois de Portugal
Heavy, sort of woody scent with undertones of tobacco.
