i think hes asking about the actual leather color and not what polish to use. But good recommendation i was looking for something to clean my gators/snake skin

Am I missing something? You should not be using anything with colors? Creams and cleaners will be white or neutral.

Yes I believe I have made everyone confused and I am truly apologize.

I'm not exactly sure what you meant by " What color to use when cleaning " but my question involves your best opinions on what color to get in alligator leather leather goods. I'm buying an alligator leather bill-fold wallet but unsure what color to pick. I'm looking for a patina for when I use this wallet for many years so I'm uncertain on what color will patina and not.
