WTF? Secondhand smoke has been proven beyond a doubt to have negative health effects. Even Penn & Teller noted entertainers/libertarians/anti-regulation activists, who were violently against any kind of smoking regulations admit that they erred in their television show, and that secondhand smoke is harmful.

The word "moot" almost always strikes a discordant note. I firmly believe it destroyed Rick Springfields career.

I overheard this amazing statement on the bus once:

"Ohmigod! That's like almost exactly what I meant to say!"

(I'm still puzzling over this one)

"Action"

When used as such:

"Damn bro, you gonna get a little tequila action going?"
"Alright guys, I see you already have some appetizer action on the table. Need more drinks?"
"Awe yeah, I can't wait to watch a little Don't Mess with the Zohan action tonight"

I think he was referring to the fact that we CALL it secondhand smoke, but it's really just smoke, and we added a word in front of it for no real reason. I'm pretty sure he was NOT talking about its health effects. To add my own to this list: Seen, when used in the following manner: "I seen that", etc.
