I have no idea if this is the right place to post this. What shoes should a teenage guy wear with khakis, corduroys, button ups, polos, and sweaters? Boat shoe sneakers? Nothing too dressy, casual, but still very nice.

Where are you located? If US then I would recommend Banana Republic shoes, they are relatively inexpensive (especially if you can get them at discount).

For khakis / jeans, I would recommend brogue derby (wingtip blucher) in cognac or dark brown with rubber (commando) soles. These are timeless style suitable for any ocassions (except suits /black tie). Chuka boots are cooled too.

FYI most Banana Republic shoes are not considered top quality shoes by SF standard but I've been wearing them for 20+ years & IMO they are value for money style/quality wise.

Other brands to consider, Red Wings, Doc Martens. If you got money then check out sites like Mr.Porter, Yoox, Gilt, Barneyswarehouse or many of SF sponsors.
