What is the general consensus on the quality of suits made by Gruppo GFT?

I think they are about a solid "average". But that opinion is not based on their newest offerings.
I'm sure that a while back I had some Mani and perhaps Collezioni suits ( pre-forum days ), that were made by Gruppo GFT. I think they were makers for Valentino and other middle tier Italian names too. Do you know who they are makers for today? And do they sell suits branded directly as Gruppo GFT?
I'm pretty sure that they are decent but nothing special. I doubt that there is a Gruppo GFT Sartoriale line. And I think I've seen some of their recent offerings that were made in Turkey.
I guess you might think of them as an Italian version of HSM in America. They are somewhere in the middle of the pack.
