What are your thoughts on this bomber jacket?

Hi, I'm new here. Don't know if this is the right section to ask this question, but what do you think about this bomber jacket? It's from Gucci's SS18. I just want to know your honest opinions.

I would say from the standpoint of fit, it looks good though I think that's a stock photo and not you wearing it.

Overall, it's hideous. It may fit your aesthetic, and if so fine. You did ask for honest opinions, so I'm just giving mine.

Yeah it's definitely not me in the pictures. I was interested in maybe getting it which is why I wanted to ask. Could you tell me why you think it's hideous? I definitely appreciate your opinion.

I'm honestly not looking to cause trouble or argue. I am really just curious about your opinion that's all.

not arguing. It’s just not something that appeals to Me and I find it ugly.

I think that's a very specific style. It's very loud, outstanding and IMHO a bit messy. I know people who like that style. I myself am more appealed to classic looks, but if you're in for very "shouting" style - then it has some interesting feats to it.

I do think however you would have a hard time dressing it with anything. It's extremely bold.

Nothing wrong with loud, bold, or pink, but the total combo of the piece looks horrible.

Unless you're looking for a team warm-up jacket for your Chinese-American Gay-Pride Parade baseball team, I'd pass.

Remember that the louder and brighter items in your wardrobe are the least versatile. The deal with a jacket like that is, the first time you wear it at the pub / club / festival / aforementioned parade it’s gonna get you loads of attention one way or the other. Then every time you wear it after that all your social crowd will be thinking “here he comes with that f***ing jacket again!” There’s lots of middle ground space you can occupy between wearing a jacket like that and melting into the background in a grey sweat suit!
